The Story
Smoke & Cask was founded by Timothy Manspile, whose background in operations and hospitality shaped a vision for a different kind of cigar and whiskey experience — one built on intention, education, and atmosphere.
What began as a respect for craftsmanship and the culture surrounding cigars and whiskey has grown into a mission to create meaningful, elevated experiences across Central Virginia — whether outdoors at a private event or in the future lounge.
