Smoke & Cask was founded by Timothy Manspile, whose background in operations, leadership, and hands-on problem-solving shaped a vision for a different kind of cigar and whiskey experience — one built on intention, education, and atmosphere.

Timothy’s approach is simple: create experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and worth lingering over. Every cigar is selected with purpose. Every pairing is built around understanding flavor, not showing off. And every event is designed to feel relaxed, elevated, and grounded in genuine connection.

What began as a respect for craftsmanship and the culture surrounding cigars and whiskey has grown into a mission to bring meaningful, elevated experiences to Central Virginia — whether outdoors at a private event or one day inside the future Smoke & Cask lounge.
