Smoke & Cask experiences are strictly limited to guests 21 years of age or older. Federal law (Tobacco 21) and Virginia law (Va. Code § 18.2-371.2) prohibit the sale, distribution, or provision of any tobacco product, including cigars, to any person under 21.
All visitors to this website must confirm they are of legal smoking age before entering. Confirmation is stored locally on your device for thirty (30) days. At every event, Smoke & Cask will verify government-issued photo identification for any guest who appears under the age of 30, and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot or will not produce valid ID.
All alcohol is supplied and served by the event host. Smoke & Cask does not provide, sell, or serve alcohol. Smoke & Cask delivers expert-led, educational pairing experiences only. All guests must be 21 years of age or older to participate in any tasting.
Cigars provided as part of any Smoke & Cask experience are intended for personal use at the event by adults of legal smoking age in Virginia, and may not be resold, transferred to minors, or removed from the event for redistribution. Smoke & Cask does not sell, ship, or mail tobacco products through this website.
WARNING:
When booking a private or corporate event, the host is responsible for ensuring all attendees are 21 years of age or older and for confirming this to Smoke & Cask in writing prior to the event. Smoke & Cask staff will not provide a cigar to any guest who cannot present valid government-issued photo identification establishing legal smoking age, and is not responsible for refusal of service in such cases.
This website does not facilitate the online sale, mail order, or shipment of tobacco products. Tobacco products are delivered solely in-person as part of a booked Smoke & Cask experience, in accordance with Virginia law and the federal Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act.

Information you submit through our forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry and coordinate your event. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.
When you confirm you are 21 or older, your confirmation is stored in your browser’s local storage on this device for thirty (30) days so you are not re-prompted on every page. No date-of-birth information, IP address, or identifying data tied to your age confirmation is transmitted to or stored by Smoke & Cask. You can clear this confirmation at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
